Our legislation guarantee the right to withdraw from a contract (purchase) when shopping online.

So  if you have change your mind about your order you can send back the product within 10 working days from the day you received it and send us an email to info@cuvea.com or to phone us at the number

You don't have to explain why and the only cost you have to bear is that of returning the product to our address:

Cuvea will refund you entirely as soon as possible (anyway within 14 days from the date of your email).

Of course, to exercise the return right you have to ensure that the product is undamaged and not used.
